Krisp 2.73.5 Call Center AI Updates

With this release, we’ve simplified some feature names to better reflect their purpose, refined the Widget for smoother navigation, and made Live Captions easily accessible when needed. Additionally, a new built-in network checker now helps resolve connectivity issues faster for both agents and admins.

Feature updates and key enhancements

• Introducing built-in network checker for faster troubleshooting: A new network checker is now available directly in the Krisp menu, allowing IT admins to quickly verify connectivity to essential Krisp services even before agents log in. The network checker highlights blocked domains caused by firewall or proxy settings and automatically includes results in diagnostic logs, helping resolve network issues faster and keep agents productive.
  
  

  

• Krisp Widget improvements

  • Live Captions control is now always accessible in the Widget: Live Captions button is now always accessible within the horizontal Widget, making it easier for agents to access captions whenever needed and follow conversations in real-time.
    
    

    

  • Improved Widget notifications: For certain calls, Krisp is designed not to generate an After-call Summary. In these cases, instead of expanding the Widget after the call ends, Krisp keeps the agent’s workspace clean and accurate by showing a simple notification explaining why no summary is available.
    
    

    

  • Drag and move Krisp Widget with ease: The Widget can now be dragged from any empty space, rather than only from the six-dot handle, allowing agents to position it more flexibly and comfortably on their screen.

• New names, same powerful features: We’ve updated several feature names across the Krisp app to better reflect their purpose and improve overall clarity. Microphone and Speaker Noise Cancellation are now labeled as agent and customer Noise Cancellation. Background Voice Cancellation is now agent Voice Isolation.
  

Bug fixes

• More accurate Krisp driver status notifications: The Krisp app now provides clearer and more precise messaging when Krisp drivers are unavailable. Instead of reporting a missing microphone, it correctly identifies driver-related issues, enabling faster and more confident troubleshooting.
