Web updates for August 17–23: Call Center AI
This batch of updates expands Voice Translation to Cantonese and improves accuracy for Spanish and Japanese. Admins can also enforce Live call audit across the organization and export only the rows they need. Here's what's new:
Voice Translation
Cantonese support in beta: In addition to Valencian, Catalan, Basque, and Galician, Voice Translation is expanding its language coverage with Cantonese, now available in beta. Teams can support Cantonese-speaking customers in their language. Contact your Krisp Customer Success Manager to request beta access.
Improved accuracy for Spanish and Japanese: Serial numbers and alphanumeric codes now remain intact in Spanish translations, while large amounts in Japanese follow Japanese numbering conventions. This improves the translation accuracy of IDs, order numbers, and prices, helping reduce handle times.
Admin portal
Organization-wide Live call audit settings: Org Admins can now configure Live call audit once in Settings → Policies and apply it to every team, instead of setting it up team by team. This saves administrative time and keeps the setting consistent across the organization.
Export selected Directory data to CSV: Admins can now apply filters in the Devices and Users tabs in Directory, select the rows they need, and export only that selection. The export reflects their chosen data, saving cleanup time afterward.
Bug fixes
Recently deleted calls in the Translated tab of the Call History: The Translated tab now includes a Recently deleted section, matching the All calls tab and making recently deleted translated calls easy to find.
