This batch of updates gives Admins more ways to work with their Krisp data and an improved experience managing teams at scale. Here’s what’s new:

Feature updates and key enhancements

  • Public API for Speech Analytics to power custom workflows and integrations: Speech Speech Analytics data is now available through the API, allowing admins to connect call performance, scoring, transcripts, and compliance signals to the business intelligence tools, dashboards, and workflows their teams already use. This brings 100% call coverage into the systems that power QA, coaching, and compliance, making insights available wherever teams need to take action. Full documentation is available via Postman.

  • Local time in Live Monitoring exported reports for accurate activity tracking across regions: Last Call and Last Active timestamps in exported Live Monitoring CSV reports now reflect each user’s local time zone instead of GMT+0. This removes the need for manual conversion and makes activity reviews, audits, and cross-region monitoring more accurate for distributed teams.

  • Searchable team selector for faster navigation across large organizations: The team selector dropdown now includes a search bar, allowing admins to quickly find teams by organization or team name. The search bar stays fixed while scrolling, the dropdown is wider for improved readability, and search appears automatically when there are five or more teams.

Bug fixes

  • More reliable control over Krisp app version restrictions: Resolved an issue where Krisp app version restrictions could cause unexpected user logouts in some cases.

  • Microphone visibility in Live Monitoring: The active microphone name is now displayed on the Live Monitoring page instead of the speaker name, improving troubleshooting visibility.

  • Call scoring for translated calls: Translated calls are now consistently auto-scored, helping keep performance data complete.

  • Reliable SSO login for complex organization setups: SSO login has been stabilized for organizations with multiple teams and groups, ensuring consistent access across setups.
